Refund policy

Changed your mind? No problem, you can return your items up to 7 days after you receive them for an exchange or store credit, we do not offer refunds. Returned goods must be unworn, in perfect condition and accompanied by the original packaging with all security tags in place. Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is not in stock, store credit will automatically be issued.

Proof of delivery receipt must be kept in order to ensure proof of dates. Courier fees are not refundable, and any courier costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom orders, rings that have been sized, jewellery pieces that have been altered, pieces with initial engravings or orders with customizations cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please ensure you are happy with all details of your order prior to be it being manufactured.
